Zamasu, anime character from Dragon Ball Super has similar ideology to the real life mass murderer Elliot Rodger
They both didn´t hate humans from the begining. Zamasu and Elliot both belive that their actions are good event though they are doing bad things. They both claim that they will bring justice and purify the world from evil humans. Elliot thinks that women are the most evil beings. They both thought of themselves as supperior to everyone else. Elliot has inferiority complex too. Zamasu was already a god. Elliot thought of himself that he was a closest thing there is to a living god.

Zamasu was the Supreme Kai apprentice serving the Supreme Kai of Universe 10, Gowasu. He was formerly the North Kai of Universe 10.

Generally, Zamasu is shown to be a very calm and methodical person,
as shown in combat when carefully perceiving his opponent's attack style
and seamlessly countering in a fluid manner. While a man who cares for
the development and prosperity of the universe, Zamasu often questioned
the worth of mortals, not trusting in their ability to handle conflict
as they were prone to commence war in a repeated cycle. He also did not
agree with how the Kais would not be more directly involved in mortals'
actions like the Gods of Destruction. In the manga, his views on mortals are even shown to scoff at the idea
that mortals can be trusted to handle important matters, let alone rival
the might of gods.
Despite this, he acknowledged his lack of personal experience and
was willing to diligently listen to his teacher Gowasu's words, to
which, he was a humble and level headed man with just goals, as Gowasu
noted by how well-balanced he would brew tea, implying that he was a
just man. After meeting Goku however, his views radically changed and
his distrustful nature towards mortals only grew. Annoyed at Goku's
carefree attitude and lack of respect, his distaste for the gods not
quelling the dangerous nature of mortals evolved to a radicalism-level.
Shocked at how a mortal like Goku could gain a power rivaling gods (even
obtain such power) and so recklessly challenge one, Zamasu came to
sternly believe that mortal life by nature is an evil.
Once learning of the existence of the Super Dragon Balls and
realizing the potential power he could obtain from them, Zamasu fully
gave into his dark desires, removing all semblance of compassion and
patience to others as he threatened Zuno's
life for answers. Even more, Zamasu decided to betray and kill his
master to make use of Gowasu's power for his own goals. When confronted
about his plans and learning about his future counterpart's causing such
devastation in the parallel world, Zamasu showed no shame, but rather
was delighted to hear how far his plans reached.
"Future" Zamasu
Future Zamasu is an alternate timeline counterpart of the Zamasu from the main timeline. He, along with Goku Black are the main antagonists of the "Future" Trunks Saga. He is the former Supreme Kai apprentice of Universe 10, who became a Supreme Kai. Zamasu is an ally of Goku Black (his past self from main timeline) and the two are the only gods left in their timeline.

Despite essentially being the same as his counterpart, Future Zamasu has two key character traits that differ from Black. As he never met Goku before teaming up with Black, he never developed an obsession/hatred of Goku. He therefore wished for immortality with the Super Dragon Balls instead of wishing to switch bodies with Goku. However, like his counterparts, he considers killing Goku as something only he should do. Also, he is fully confident in his strength coupled by his immortality, reveling in and referring to it as befitting him. This is a stark contrast to Black who scoffs at immortality and desires greater strength through fighting.
Goku Black
Goku Black (ゴクウブラック, Gokū Burakku) is one of the main antagonists of the Future Trunks Saga of Dragon Ball Super.[4] His true identity is Zamasu from an unaltered timeline, in which he stole the body of Goku and sought to destroy all humans alongside Future Zamasu.[5] He was given the name "Goku Black" by Bulma when he initially referred to himself as Son Goku.
Goku Black personality and ideology
Like his future timeline counterpart, he is extremely sadistic, seen when he kills Bulma, along with the vast majority of the Earthlings, believing it to be "justice". However, he retains his past self's politeness and is shown to be graceful during his first fight with Goku as Black. Black also claims to have already destroyed multiple different planets' populations before going to Earth. During his short battle in the present timeline, Black seems to enjoy the pain Goku inflicts on him in their battle, suggesting a masochistic side. During his fight with Trunks, he showed a sense of brutality as he savagely fractured Trunks' arm and shoots a barrage of ki blasts at his defenseless opponent. However, Black also seems to share a few traits with Goku, namely his desire to fight strong opponents and love of battle, even going as far as holding his full power back in order to further enjoy a fight. Black also shares Goku's sense of determination, vowing to find Trunks as he escaped to the past. Also like Goku, he seems to have his cravings for food as well shown when he calls Vegeta and Goku appetizers, and Trunks the main dish.
Judging from his derogatory comment towards Trunks' Saiyan
heritage, it's possible that he harbors some negative feelings towards
the Saiyan race, yet at the same time referred to them as a proud
warrior tribe. Black also seems to respect Goku's power. He seems to
utterly detest humanity, perceiving them as a blasphemy and the gods'
greatest mistake. He elaborates this hatred by stating that he has
scoured several universes and has implied to have seen enough timelines
via the Time Ring to feel vindicated in his belief that humanity is an
existence that prevents the universe as a whole from becoming a true
paradise and has taken it upon himself to destroy all traces of mankind,
who he believes have only been allowed to live as long as they have
because the gods are too prideful to acknowledge their failure in
creating humans. Also, rather than using the Super Dragon Balls
and wish for mortals to be exterminated, he preferred to steal the body
of Goku, displaying his infatuation with the Saiyan. This also seems to
suggest that he wanted to destroy mortals by himself, as he believed
that it was his own responsibility, as if he were the Supreme God.
He appears to have a somewhat different view on power compared to his other counterpart. Unlike the future Zamasu, who desired immortality, Black openly stated his disinterest on such a power. Instead, he is glad of the abilities he already gained through Goku's body and seeks to attain more power through his own effort, seeking battle from strong opponents to further progress his might, especially against the actual Goku from the main altered timeline.
Befitting his attitude, Black uses very formal speech patterns, and uses the pronoun 'watashi' (私) when referring to himself, which is gender neutral and but only goes to indicate his formal nature. However, while transformed into Super Saiyan Rosé, Black notably switches from 'watashi' to 'ore' (俺), a more masculine, casual pronoun, which can be used to sound arrogant.
Black has also shown a fixation on beauty, considering the utter removal of mortals as making the twelve Universes into a beautiful paradise - his "utopia", he also sees his Super Saiyan Rosé form as beauty itself for both its power and appearance. An interesting trait not shared with his original self and future timeline counterpart is his comparisons of fighting foes to food: as Black has designated Vegeta, Son Goku, and Trunks as the "opening dish", "main course", and "dessert" respectively.
Fusion Zamasu
Fusion Zamasu, usually just referred to as Zamasu (ザマス), is a fusion born of the union between Goku Black (Zamasu in Goku's body) and Future Zamasu through the Potara earrings. He is the final antagonist of "Future" Trunks Saga.

Retaining the arrogance and self-entitlement of Goku Black and Future Zamasu, this fusion believes himself to be the embodiment of justice. Reveling in his power, Zamasu openly declared himself the supreme god upon his emergence, repeatedly and consistently vocalizing his divine brilliance and absolute authority. His ego is displayed by how he refuses to even defend himself against Goku and Vegeta, his tendency to hover high over the battlefield to "look down" on everyone both figuratively and literally, and his use of "divine" terms (such as "holy", "judgement", and "absolution") to name his special techniques.
However, beneath his calm exterior, Fusion Zamasu is just as unstable as his components, if not moreso; according to Gowasu, this is the result of Zamasu's obsession with the contradiction between gods and mortals. He immediately flies into an overwhelming fury when Trunks and Vegeta briefly overpower him in their beam struggle, despite suffering no damage from the deflected attack, and his rage only grows when Goku manages to actually harm him. By the time he engages Vegito, Fusion Zamasu is reduced to enraged screaming and furious declarations of godhood, ironically becoming just as destructive and violent as the mortals he wishes to exterminate.

By the ninth grade, Rodger was "increasingly bullied," and he wrote that he "cried by [himself] at school every day". During his time at Crespi Carmelite High, he was bullied by other students. They once taped his head to his desk when he fell asleep. According to Rodger, in 2012, "the one friend [he] had in the whole world who truly understood [him]" "blatantly said he didn't want to be friends anymore" without offering him a reason for ending the friendship.
Rodger had a YouTube account and a blog titled "Elliot Rodger's Official Blog", both of which contained posts expressing loneliness and rejection. He wrote that he had been prescribed risperidone but refused to take it, stating, "After researching this medication, I found that it was the absolute wrong thing for me to take."
After turning 18, Rodger began rejecting the mental health care that his family provided, and he became increasingly isolated. He said that he was unable to make friends. Acquaintances said that he rebuffed their attempts to be friendly.
Screenwriter Dale Launer, who was a friend of the Rodger family, stated that he had counseled Rodger on approaching and befriending women, but that Rodger did not follow the advice. He said in an interview, "I first met [Rodger] when he was aged eight or nine and I could see then that there was something wrong with him. I'm not a psychologist, but looking back now he strikes me as someone who was broken from the moment of conception."

Manifesto and online posts
Rodger's 107,000-word manifesto was titled "My Twisted World: The Story of Elliot Rodger".He e-mailed this manifesto to 34 individuals,:p.7 including his therapist, his parents, and some of his other family members, former schoolteachers, and childhood friends. In the manifesto, Rodger claimed he originally sought to carry out his
attack on Halloween of 2013, but reconsidered because "[t]here would be
too many cops walking around during an event like Halloween, and cops
are the only ones who could hinder my plans".p.110
In his last YouTube video, titled "Elliot Rodger's Retribution", he
complained of being rejected by women while envying sexually active men,
and described details of his upcoming attack, laying out his motives and plans. In the wake of the killings, the video was deleted from Rodger's account, but copies were repeatedly re-posted by other users. In the video, he says:
Well, this is my last video, it all has to come to this. Tomorrow is the day of retribution, the day in which I will have my revenge against humanity, against all of you. For the last eight years of my life, ever since I hit puberty, I've been forced to endure an existence of loneliness, rejection and unfulfilled desires all because girls have never been attracted to me. Girls gave their affection, and sex and love to other men but never to me.
I'm 22 years old and I'm still a virgin. I've never even kissed a girl. I've been through college for two and a half years, more than that actually, and I'm still a virgin. It has been very torturous. College is the time when everyone experiences those things such as sex and fun and pleasure. Within those years, I've had to rot in loneliness. It's not fair. You girls have never been attracted to me. I don't know why you girls aren't attracted to me, but I will punish you all for it. It's an injustice, a crime, because... I don't know what you don't see in me. I'm the perfect guy and yet you throw yourselves at these obnoxious men instead of me, the supreme gentleman.
He wrote in "My Twisted World" that being of mixed race made him "different from the normal fully white kids". On one online forum, he said that he opposed interracial dating
and made several racist posts regarding African American, Hispanic,
South Asian and East Asian peoples, stating that seeing men of these
ethnic groups socializing with white women "makes you want to quit
life".p.87 In one online post, Rodger wrote:
Full Asian men are disgustingly ugly and white girls would never go for you. You're just butthurt that you were born as an Asian piece of shit, so you lash out by linking these fake pictures. You even admit that you wish you were half white. You'll never be half-white and you'll never fulfill your dream of marrying a white woman. I suggest you jump off a bridge.
In his manifesto, Rodger wrote:
How could an inferior, ugly black boy be able to get a white girl and not me? I am beautiful, and I am half white myself. I am descended from British aristocracy. He is descended from slaves.:p.84
In the manifesto, he outlined some of his plans:
On the day before the Day of Retribution, I will start the First Phase of my vengeance: Silently killing as many people as I can around Isla Vista by luring them into my apartment through some form of trickery.
The manifesto specifically mentions a "War on Women," as the second
phase of his plan, for "starving him of sex", in which he describes:
The Second Phase will take place on the Day of Retribution itself, just before the climactic massacre. ... My War on Women. ... I will attack the very girls who represent everything I hate in the female gender: The hottest sorority of UCSB.
In Rodger's self-proclaimed ideal world, he imagined that he would
"quarantine all [women] in concentration camps. At these camps, the vast
majority of the female population will be deliberately starved to
death. That would be an efficient and fitting way to kill them all
off... I would have an enormous tower built just for myself... and
gleefully watch them all die.":p.136
In the manifesto, he also said that he planned to kill his
half-brother and stepmother, but wasn't mentally prepared to kill his
father.
